Tuesday, January 11th, 2011Just out of the Mediterranean from the Grosseto, (Tuscany) Italy, town market, “Spigola”. Meat was something like between a trout and a striper.. it’s the Mediterranean Sea Bass I didn’t know this when I bought it – they cost 11 Euros EACH cleaned… but worth it…
